It's foolish that people are saying gaara has no chance............ Have you seen what he has done lately....... He has battled 2-3 edo kages and won......... And now he is fighting an edo Madara enhanced with renningun and hashirama cells with unlimited chakra and yet he is still alive and was able to attempt to seal him 2-4 times..... He also stood against 5 Madara clones with Sassuno and also was able to cover an entire fully formed Sassuno.
Yet people say he has no chance..... Low-mid difficulty......
The thing is we have to high profile ninjas that are very powerful, and this battle is a 50/50...........

You see gaara sand plays a big part in this......
1) if gaara is caught in genjutsu, gaara sand is still fighting and protecting him, which well give gaara enough time to realize that he is caught in genjutsu and break free. (Tsokymo excluded)

2) gaara skin is covered in sand which well protect him from amutrasu or any type of close combat attacks (Hint as the ninjas have grown older, there Jutsus have become more powerful, effective and efficient)

3) gaara sand can be used at all ranges and can coupe with any condition.

4) he can also use sand that surrounding him.

these people want gaara to win so bad that they made him sick so i'm assuming its the itachi that faced sasuke the first time
and i'm unsure if he had KA then

gaara's large scale attacks would be useless against yata mirror.
yata mirror has the ability to change its form and characteristics to counter any attack making it useless, so a sand attack coming behind itachi would be useless because yata mirror can block it. itachi basically has a 360 degree defense.

he's trying to say that Itachi wouldn't get caught in such measly shit. And he's right. Obviously he's not exempt from ANY of Gaara's attacks, but the way this thread is going, it seems he's (Gaara) exempt from Tsukuyomi. Anyways, imagine Itachi sealing him the INSTANT they see each other. It would pierce the sand no doubt. Itachi has TOO many finishing moves and TOO many dangerous moves. Gaara doesn't stand a very good chance to be fair...

bull to escape a genjutsu another person would have to give chakra to gaara for him to escape it since when can gaara's sand give him chakra, not to mention gaara has shown no ability iin breaking out of genjutsu's.

- Gaara can fly
- Sand underneath Susanoo don't you understand?

The guy was acting like Itachi couldn't get hit, citing "this is Itachi we're talking about".

gara losess and we know you hate itachi just look at your sig and at your past threads they are all against itachi men gara has no chance even in the desert why tsukyomi thats why and even if he somehow brings itachi out of susanoo itachi has the fastest hands seals in naruto until now and he has water techniques which makes sand a lot slower and also he isn t slow he is really fast so no and as for sasuke he wasn t aiming for gara at all with his amaterasu he was actually guarding agianst gara s sand so that s the answer
