Lots of things could probably break Totsuka blade and Yata mirror. Gentle Fist, Dust Release, Deva Path, Lightning Armor, Gudou Damas. Totsuka's handle is a gourd composed of solid matter and Yata is just a shield. One that absorbs elements, but it's unknown if it can withstand taijutsu, kekkei Genki, Kekkei Tota, Kekkei Mora or other mystic weapons, which it probably can't lols.
