OFF TOPIC from naruto I know. but I felt like I had to do this.

Explanation: what I meant could he "redeem" the series is AC3 was awfully disappointing.

Character: Connor was a dull character. I picture myself as the character I'm playing and there was nothing special. Nothing is true, Everything is permitted so why was he so restrained? I'm well aware of his background as a Native American. But it's not the quality of an assassin. The assassin should do whatever is necessary to achieve peace. well besides the killing of innocents

Unnecessaries: feed the animals, assassin commands, and to hang people with the rope dart etc... The missions led directly from one to the other without letting the player free roam much. I take the path of least resistance. I don't want to do any of that. I just want to do the important things that improves your character.

History: And the BIGGEST thing I had a problem with was to have Paul Revere, a brave man that rode the infamous midnight ride to be shown on the back of a horse? (awkward) That was the last straw!

Experience: I don't like to say upgrades. it makes the character sound like he's a robot? Anyway once you get the assassin robes you get your best most used weapon the tomahawk. I like to see some improvement from the time you begin and the time you were done and there was hardly anything that changed and most weapons I didn't use.

AC4 looks promising: From what I read it fixed everything I had a problem with AC3. The cities are very unique. And the 100% synchronization thing is done with. (thank god) I can kill and not regret how I killed them or what I did.

Your thoughts?

Puede ser, porque aparentemente esta franquicia es muy lechera, yo ya reserve el juego.

Well you didn't have to do the "Unnecessary's", it was added in for the people who found that stuff interesting. I do agree that AC3 was a disappointment when it came to story (and setting imo), however the game mechanics were improved and pretty good - it was a lot smoother. I'm sure AC4 will be better, Ubisoft learns.

This should've gone in the Gaming section.

But, I love AC. <3 Black Flag definitely looks promising, and I'm looking forward to it. =D I also like them making the viewpoints into fast travel spots. :yay:

to be honest I liked the old combat better. It was harder to take down guards which made it more fun. Instead of just one shot one kill combos:erm:

I don't understand the apparent hate for AC3. It was such a huge technical leap for the series. I can qualify that some combat systems were streamlined, and the story's pacing was horrendous at times, but it really isn't as bad as people make it out to be.

AC4 looks to improve everything that make 3 a good game!

Ac3 was very disappointing but the tyranny of George Washington was f-ing awesome. The powers were really cool. I hope ac4 utilizes that

I'm 0.1% into AC3's story. I only play multiplayer with friends.
