I don't see why not, basically a faster Kamui teleport than going to the dimension then out again with one eye. With both he could basically play portal with everyone Lol.

He's probably going to get a crazy time base jutsu, like time moves 1000x more slowly for everyone except him or something, either way it's going to be better than susanoo, Kamui is better than either Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu and can only be compared to kotoamatsukami
