Could Danzo Have Potentially Awakened Rinnegan?

Danzo has Uchiha DNA--10 Sharingan on his arm and 1 on his right eye.

Danzo has Senju DNA---He had Hashi DNA on his right arm.

Thus by logic he could have awakened Rinnegan?

Possibly, but similar to Madara, it would have taken a shitload of time. However, since it isn't absolutely clear how the Rinnegan is awakened, this question can't really be answered with a full proof answer.

Well he doesn't have EMS, which is the highest evolved form of the Sharingan, so even if he has ordinary Sharingans combined with Hashirama's cells it's highly unlikely he could ever awaken the Rinnegan.

Thats a question that cant be answered easily. It took Madara decades to awaken rinnegan and Danzo only had the senju dna + sharigan combination for less than 10 years. Overall I say no because he cant unlock EMS.

Yes he could have theoretically. However, if he lived a realistic life-span he would be dead before it happened. Madara took in a lot of Senju DNA and only at the end of his natural life-span did the Rinnegan awaken. Obito had half [possibly a full] body made of Senju Cells and in the past 16 years, he has yet to awaken his own Rinnegan. However, again this could be debated. It is possible that only having the pinnacle of the Uchiha [Eien no Mangekyo Sharingan] and the Senju [Mokuton/Sennin Mode] can allow the Rikudo's Eyes to awaken.
