Intel means nothing for Doflamingo, Kuma, Mihawk, and Boa.
Doflamingo was able to restrain a post-skip Sanji and Jozu. He can restrain all of the Strawhats with ease and make them fight each other. Not to mention his speed is higher than all of theirs. He can blitz each and every one of them and one-shot them all with a simple Haki-punch, or stop all of their movements and lacerate them with Overheat. Even with knowledge that Doffy has clones, even after encountering Doffy's clone twice, it still gave Luffy slight trouble, who can one-shot every pre-skip Strawhat. So even with intel on Doffy's string powers, there's nothing they can actually do about it. Haoshoku would be able to take out everyone below Sanji, maybe below Robin if we're being generous.
Hancock was one-shotting Pacifista with her kicks and we don't know if she was using Haki. Sanji turns to stone and wouldn't strike her anyway. Zoro has to get in close for 90% of his arsenal, at which point he loses his swords then his life. Her arrow move would make short work of the rest. The only one she wouldn't be able to harm is Luffy, but he can't defeat her.
Even if the Strawhats have full intel on Kuma's powers, they're still to slow to use that knowledge for anything productive. Even after seeing Kuma using his repelling powers and figuring out on Thriller Bark he repels things with his paws, they were still too slow to do anything. He'd just blitz them all all over again.
Mihawk? Are you serious? Mihawk is the strongest Shichibukai and is currently above Shanks himself by portrayal. I'm not even gonna disrespect myself by explaining how Mihawk wins.
