[Question] Could Ceasar be the next strawhat?

I'm not bout it. Just something about a guy who used to drug children being a SH doesn't sit right with me. It would take a lot of development for that to happen and its not that I don't think Oda is capable of it, it's just I feel its unnecessary to have Caesar "turn good". I don't see him being very useful to the SH's outside this arc or the next.

I also don't care much for his laugh :/

According to Usopp, which is the Strawhat that's arguably closest to Luffy, Caesar is the kind of person Luffy hates the most. So the chances of him joining are basically nil

Even though I know he won't be he would be the perfect addition to them he is a scientist so he would be helpful to chopper and his medicine possibly making antidotes for all his poisons he knows vegapunk so he could help Franky develop his weapons while also upgrading the Sunny's weapons imagine Sunny with chemical based weaponry and he might even be helpful to usopp's green stars don't know how but either way they aren't letting him join

Ceasar is too annoying and bad character to begin with.And Luffy clearly doesn't like him.

I think it is a possibility.

The only issues are that Ceasar would be the crew's scientist, but that is kind of redundant to Franky who is the engineer.
Second, I don't think chopper could ever be in the same crew as caesar. It would be another Sanji and Zoro relationship.

But, if Ceasar did join it would be perfect to open up an arc involving Dr. Vegapunk.
