[Question] Could byakuya beat Shinji Hirako pre time-skip

I think once Hirako releases his zanpakuto, Byakuya will lose complete control of his Shikai/Bankai.

I side highly with Shinji. He's been a Captain-class Shinigami for 100 more years than Byakuya plus he has Hollow powers. Let alone his Shikai which is ridiculous. Keep in mind we haven't even seen his Bankai.

Well since we can only go off what we have seen I would side with byakuya because his bankai has great attack power even to some what nuetralize shinji's shikai, however we have not seen his bankai so I am not really at liberty to say
