Hell no. Even with kushina's help part 1 naruto can't beat kurama and take his chakra. Naruto was way too weak

It's unclear to what extent Naruto's ability to physically overpower Kurama in the mental tug-of-war was actually a result of Naruto's mental state. I don't believe it reflected Naruto's Sage Mode strength being on par with Kurama. Naruto received a huge power boost after speaking with his mother.

I think Kishi wanted to emphasize that it's Naruto's Will that counts, but he also wanted to give us some action to make it interesting, and Naruto vs. Nine Tails was somewhat hyped.

i think you can simply befriend your bijuu to access their power. Look at Shukaku and the old man

you don't always have to fight them, Naruto just went about it that way and just happen to have the angriest bijuu

Good question. I dunno. Naruto mentally wouldn't have been tough enough and then his chakra control back then was too terrible.
