Well, from my point of view, the one team to come closest to defeating reincarnated Madara would be:
Hokage - 2nd - Tobirama Senju: Firstly, he knows much of the Uchiha and Madara's powers than any other Kage. . . having intelligence on the enemy has a great advantage. Plus, his intellect and high rank techniques would come in handy.
Kazekage - 5th - Gaara: His control of sand will be good for defence against Madara's attacks (that is, as much as it can). Also, Gaara has powerful enough sealing techniques that might bind Madara.
Raikage - 3rd - A's father: He could be the one to destruct Madara, while the others carry out the strikes, because of his Lightning Release Armour, you know the "strongest shield", it won't be easy for Madara to kill him in an instant. Plus, his Hell Stab and Black Lightning would come in handy.
Mizukage - 2nd - Trollkage: His infinite explosion technique, Steaming Danger Tyranny, will be of a great attribute. Also, being part of the Hōzuki Clan and possessing the Hydrification technique will be a harder target for Madara to lay a solid blow on him.
Tsuchikage - 2nd - Mū: Like Trollkage's Steaming Danger Tyranny, Mū's Dust Release will be greatly appreciated. He can fly and can make everyone else also fly. Plus, like Tobirama, he is a sensor.
