Listen well. Sharingan automatically deflects genjutsu. Itachi stated Sasuke with his blood can only break his Tsukoyomi. Only a true Uchiha can break Tsukoyomi because their pure Sharingan deflect all genjutsu.

Kurama resisted Sasukes Rinnegan genjutsu and you think 3tomoe can control him? No. Manga says otherwise.
