If you pay close attention, all three of the characters Nagato, Itachi and Orochimaru all at one point have some mysterious cough. Sometimes even producing blood. Does the fact that they all were a part of Akatsuki have anything to do with this? Just wondering...

But one thing all three of them have in common is the fact that they all betrayed Akatsuki too. Which is why I mentioned the Akatsuki thing at all
