Hello NB peeps I hope you enjoyed the last part it was by far my best opening 
anyway the is a short little chapter so I hope you all enjoy.

Characters that have appeared
After heading home for a brief moment, Tiquan heard about the emergency press conference and immediately knew what it was all about, he then headed towards town square and stood high upon town hall staying still as a statute.
Mr. Diaz slick black limousine pulled up into towns square approximately at 4:45 PM. There was a sea of members of the press waiting for him, who immediately surrounded his limo. They were quickly handled by the police though, an officer then opened the back door for Mr. Diaz and he then exited the limo and walked towards the podium which was waiting for him, that had various microphones attached to it. He then spoke softly and sternly.
" You all may be wondering why I called you here today."
There was some murmuring of acknowledgement from within the crowd.
" As you all know early today there was a funeral service held for my youngest daughter Lorimar, most of you were probably there. However the reason I called you all here today is because of what happened after the funeral what's more the burial. I saw my eldest daughter, Angie being deceived by that demon!"
There were some gasp of shock coming from the crowd as he spoke.
" How dare he show up after all this time to her burial? Is that some kind of slap to the face? Or is that just his pride? What's more how dare he kiss my daughter!? Yes I said it I saw him kiss her and he he enjoyed it! Watching it was like he was tasting his next victim. Now I don't fault my baby girl she only feel victim to his powers."
There was a roar of questions coming from the crowd now.
" Settle down!" Mr. Diaz said with authority. " Now I'll answer your questions one by one. Yes you there" He said as he pointed at a female.
" Sir, where was Tiquan headed last when you saw him?" A female member of the press asked wearing a purple collard shirt and white Kayaks.
" He went west, so I assume he went home." He replied. " Next question please ah yes the fine gentleman in the front with the blue and white on.
" Mr. Diaz with all due respect how do you know Angie was deceived? What if she enjoyed as much as he did?" A male member of the press wearing a white t-shirt and long blue jeans asked.
" How do I know? I know because Angie despises him. She told me her self she would kill him given the chance, she must have tried but couldn't get the job done due to his powers. Next question he said and pointed at another female."
" Sir do you expect him to be watching this conference now?" Asked another female reporter wearing a red long sleeve shirt and black pants.
" Expect!? Expect!? I know he's watching it now unless he's somewhere hidden around here." As he replied people started to look around in fear.
" Don't worry he'll be stupid to attack now I have Orlando's finest with me." The crowd then calmed down a bit. "Anymore questions i'll take one more." Mr. Diaz stated.
As everyone looked towards his direction they repeatedly called out his name.
Mr. Diaz looked around until he saw one person in the crowd just dying to ask a question.
" Ah Casey didn't know you were here. I know you're torn on this. What is your question son?"
Casey's then stood up straight and spoke loud and proud, wanting to be heard by all.
" My name is Casey Stanley and I was Lorimars boyfriend before she was brutally murdered. I was just starting to consider Tiquan as a rival, a friendly rival but now he is an enemy a enemy I will kill next time I see him. My question to you pops is what do you plan on doing with this demon? Whatever your plan is my family and I fully support it."
The crowd was silent and all eyes were on Mr. Diaz waiting in suspense for his answer.
" I have a vision of a program against Tiquan and all like him. A program that will not stop until all Jinchuriki, all their family, all their friends, all that support them are terminated."
After that Tiquan had heard enough he turned around and took the long back way home so he wasn't seen. As he went off and left Mr. Diaz continued to rant about his new program.
" A program that welcomes all! City of Casselberry stand up! City of Orlando stand up! Join me and the Stanley family as we fight for what's right! Fight against these demons so they don't take another innocent life."
The crowd cheered loudly, showing their support as Mr. Diaz spoke.
" Tiquan! Conley's! Brown's! Jinchuriki else where! I Mario Diaz, the president of the J.P.A will stand for this no more! We the people of the Jinchuriki Prevention Agency declare War!

Tiquan- One of two Sharingan/Byakugan Hybrid Children who has a lot to learn about the world and most importantly himself.
T'Ziah- Tiquan's younger brother and the second Sharingan/Byakugan Child not much is known about him expect that he was kidnaped by Orochimaru and wants to kill Alton.
Alton- Tiquan and T'Ziahs foster brother but hasn't been seen since the massacre.
Darnell- Tiquan and T'Ziah's grandfather, Shara's the dad. He is also the head of the Brown family he are descendants of the legendary Uchiha clan.
Sylvia- Darnell's wife and Tiquan and T'Ziah's grandmother, Shara's mom.
Vera- Tiquan and T'Ziah's Grandmother, Larry's mom. She is the head of the Conley family who are descendants of the legendary Hyuga clan.
Larry- Tiquan and T'Ziah's father he is set to be the next head of the Conley family.
Shara- Tiquan and T'Ziah's mother. She is currently taking care of Tiquan and T'Ziah.
Jermane- Larry's cousin, he is a Collins who are descendants of the Nara clan.
Jeremy- Larry's cousin, has implanted Sharingan from Wayne Brown, his brother in law.
Wayne- Tiquan's deceased cousin he's 10 older than Tiquan, he was killed by Alton during the massacre but was resurrected by Kabuto.
Orochimaru and Kabuto- The only two known "sages" they survived through tout the years by using Obitos and Madara Uchiha's DNA after the 4th great ninja war.
Stanton- Tiquan's friend who specializes in the wind style jutsu.
Lorimar- Young girl who was killed by Tiquan accidentally.
Dominic- A Friend of Tiquan's who's was hospitalized by Lorimar.
Casey- Lorimars boyfriend who became very jealous of her friendship with Tiquan.
Larry B. - Profound swordsman, he's his very good friends with Casey and Lorimar.

Hope you guys enjoyed that. I really enjoyed writing it for you all and well I guess you can say PLOT TWIST! Anyway please give me your feedback it is greatly appreciated and it makes me a better writer weather it's positive or negative.
