I think that this jutsu is very useful because it has low chakra cost and the opponent can be electrocuted and will be shooted at least 10 feet in whatever direction were hit

Staz takes a deep breath before starting to focus and channel his Raiton chakra to his hand, he gathers enough chakra that his hand gets covered by a arc of lightning, after doing this he still maintains the lightning in his hand and asks his friend "What's next"

*Now I want you to quickly charge at that clone over there and release all that stored up chakra at once into his chest creating a small explosion of lightning.

*Creates a water clone that runs to the edge of short range*

While still maintaining the Lightning in his hand, Staz charges with high-speed towards the water clone who is in front of him and he releases the stored chakra at his chest creating a explosion of lightning and destroying the clone.

Description: The user will focus raiton charka into their palm causing an aura to show around their hand before hitting the opponent in the stomach or any body part while releasing the chakra causing the opponent to be electrocuted while being shot backwards at least 10 feet in what ever the direction the were hit.
