2. That's a translation that's went from English to Japanese, the original dialogue is サラダ…これだけは信じてくれっか お前の父ちゃんは誰よりも立派な忍なんだぞ
Roughly "Sarada...please believe this...your dad is a splendid ninja above anyone else"

The reason the word roughly is used is because the literal translation wouldn't match typical English sentence structures and syntax, so they have to construct a sentence that makes sense in English while keeping the closest meaning. Almost all of the translations you see are just what's roughly said.
