Cause if he did the fight is already over IMO. Naruto countered it in base form. Like I said in the title, correct me if im wrong tbh I can't really tell but it looks like they are on hashirama's head. Meaning Sasuke blitz and got countered.

You're wrong. If a person teleports. He just appears where he's supposed to appear. No momentum. Sasuke is shown with the momentum in the scan. He simply moved.

But the next two panels tells me that Naruto was brought onto Sasuke's side. I can tell from the expressions they had.
If Sasuke would have shifted and got blocked, then Sasuke should have the face expressions which Naruto has. and vice versa.
I am saying this because Sasuke, when shifts himself, needs something to be replaced. Just like how he used Sakura's burnt jacket to shift himself from the desert.

But nice analysis though, I was confused how, they clashed so quickly and that too I couldn't see any water below.

No Sasuke used his base foot speed and rushed naruto. Rinnegan doesn't boost foot speed and he didn't use his eye cause kishi shows Sasuke eye when he uses abilities from his eye

It seems like most of the lines are on Sasuke's side, which means that Naruto charged at him and he simply parried his attack!
Now this doesn't necessary mean Naruto is faster, since Sasuke doesn't seem to be worried or shocked; he was expecting the move!

I think its too early to tell who is faster. Naruto has raw speed and the TGT, while Sasuke copied lee's speed and has the ability to teleport.
