When the black balls touched him. he teleported the balls as he can teleport anything that touchs his chakra.then kakashi used kamui to teleport him into other dimension

minato used his body to teleport the black balls away.kakashi used kamui to destroy some of the black stuff surrounding madara and create an opening for gai to attack madara directly.
