I live in Stockton... The kid jay walked, all the cop did was walked up to talk to the kid.. The kid started pushing.. Then all this happened. People need to stop yelling and congrigating around cops when they are doing their job. It's ok to watch and make sure the cops don't step beyond boundaries.. But yelling at them will escalate it. Which is why more cops came. To make sure the crowd stayed in check... Nothing racist. Just cops and a dumb teen..

How are you going to make this a race thing? One of the officers were even black. The kid deserved what he got. Watch the full video and you'd see.

Damn those white cops
what
what black cop
i don't see no black cop
mah racism
Plus I think the arresting cop was Hispanic, possibly Asian.

OT: That wasn't a slam, the kid was trying to stay standing when he was being told and pushed to the ground. Just because you stand there and say things like I'm not resisting doesn't mean you aren't resisting, if you refuse to put your hands behind your back you're resisting, if you fail to get on the ground you're resisting, if you don't stand still when they tell you to you're resisting. Just because you think some of the orders are unnecessary or unwarranted doesn't make them less of an order.

I would've been scared too. If im a black kid and a Caucasian police officer comes up to me, I'd immediately think of all the other black vs white police cases where the black one ends up dead and I'd get nervous as to what that police officer would do.

Does that arresting officer look Caucasian to you?

@Cole World, see if he were a black kid he would fear and prematurely judge all white cops based on the actions of others. This is in reference to those other posts, not trying to start anything just pointing out how the process seems to naturally happen with people. Most of us usually judge a group based off the worst showings of said group.

No he looks like he's of Hispanic descent, but that's an assumption. With his skin tone I'd assume that he's not on my side. Him being a police officer alone confronting me over crossing the street improperly for the sake of getting to the bus quicker would have made me nervous.

Not on your side based on skin tone? Why's it gotta be race teams? Him being a police officer confronting me for crossing the road wrong would make me nervous? I'm sorry in advance but you're either a young kid around or in his teens, an idiot or an *******. Any cop approaching you for breaking a law would make you nervous? Even as minor a law as jaywalking? You understand if you just let the cop tell you you jaywalked it's illegal don't let me catch you doing it again and give you your ticket you walk away 100% of the time regardless of race. It's when you start getting upset for being stopped as if it's a hassle for you for the cop to do his job and confront someone who breaks a law no matter how trivial the law may seem to him or us, and when you start trying to show you're smarter than them and when you refuse to obey commands during their investigation of the facts that they get violent.
