Hinata: Twin Lion Fists Mode...Maybee even this new Kurama chakra mode
Sai: Twin Giant painting mode (the tiger seal csn be his ultimate)
Kabuto: DSM
Tenten: Banana Fan
Neji: Byakugan except his headband comes off
Obito: Mokuton rage mode (poor Mist Anbu)
Kakashi: Kamui mastery mode....for example his side dashes become like Obito's teleport
Mifune: way of the Samurai mode....Maybee his sword is chakra blue
Hanzo: if he is in he calls out his salamander
Kankurou: Sasori puppet
Kakuzu: Earth Grudge Transformation, but now improved with the addition of his final mask since he's an Edo.
Zabuza: Demon mode: has that demonic aura around him...boosts attacks
Orochimaru: 8 branches mode like you said
Kiba: Twin headed Wolf mode
Tollkage Second Mizukage: Clam Genjutsu
