Cooking fight (naruto anime episode 281).

So i watched todays anime episode.
It was a filler, but no worries. Some fillers are actually fun to watch. I liked previous filler for example, with shino his rock paper scissor message. This week we got to see the wives of several shinobi in action.
So i was hoping they would use jutsus.

But.. they used.. cooking tools >_<.
Really?
Yes, really.

Just plain old smashing pots and pans on sumo's, who were beating children...

Would it really been so hard, to let the women use jutsus?
Ino her mom, could use a few known yamanaka jutsus.
Choji her mom some multi size jutsus.
Shikamaru her mom could use kagemane.
Sakura her mom would be a bit more difficult, but some taijutsu or tools like kunai, would have done fine i guess.

Yes i am ranting a bit.
I like the naruto series, both manga and anime.
Had a short while were i lost interest, but regained it again.
Kishi is awesome.


I know he doesnt have much to do with the anime team, but really, fighting with cooking tools >_<.

So what did you think of episode 281?

hmm, seen some discussions about anime episodes in here but okay, might fit better in anime section.

I think it was amusing. My guess is the shinobi women didn't want to break out jutsu on those pathetic sumos. It's more embarrassing for them if they get their shit knocked in by a frying pan.
