Controlling Zetsu cells

Could Zetsu's cells be easier to control than Hashirama's cells because Obito didn't have much problems controlling his Zetsu body while Danzo had trouble controlling his Hashirama cells or is the difference in the talents of the shinobi.

Zetsu cells are not exactly the same as Hashirama cells for example Zetsu are weaker than Hashirama plus Zetsu said because he was created from the gedo mazo they don't need to eat and that Obito with Zetsu cell doesn't either also Shizune said that Zetsu dna had become more like Hashirama after Kabuto used Yamato to make the Zetsu army stronger so Zetsu's dna was different than Hashirama's dna.
