Controller of Kyuubi during Naruto's Birth! [Theory]

See I was watching the Birth of Naruto And this came to my mind...
Kyuubi was being controlled by obito. But while being controlled his eyes had sharingan of his controller i.e is Obito!
But do we remember guys that every mangayeko sharingan user has a unique eye...

So because of this people should have known that the controller was obito because kurama had his eye pattern!

Or it could have been Kakashi because the two have same eyes!However kakashi was with Guy so he is ruled out...
And this leads to the conclusion that the masked man could have been easily recognized as Obito!!

So what do u think about this?? We could have easily known who tobi was..

How could it be Obito because when Minato was alive.. Kakashi, Obito and Rin were his students..
Obito isn't elder that time at all.. He was like 12 or something years old...

The reason y people didn't suspect that it could be obito becoz he looked bigger as he was covered by zetsu and the fact that everybody thought that he was dead coz of the boulder
