How about this one.... Not a direct contradiction, but a contradiction of theme.
1. Naruto to Neji: Make your own destiny/ destiny is nothing/ I'll change destiny
*Later revealed that Naruto is a child of destiny instantly negating his every argument*
2. Naruto is considered an underdog or one who shouldn't be a ninja like Lee and Hinata
*ends up actually being a child of prophecy and the son of the Hokage... So he ends up not being am underdog, and at the same time the hard work of Hinata and Lee leaves them at relatively weak levels compared to even some of their peers (point being they don't show substantial or notable steength to show of their efforts to better themselves).*
