Here is my theory:

• The Obito we know is not Tobi
• This is all a Genjutsu or a shadowclone pretending to be Tobi
• The disappearing ramen is Tobi

Theory 2:

• Ramen is a shadow clone/transformation
• It's actually tobi spying on them
