Contradiction with Kakashi's sharingan

According to what Orochimaru said earlier in the Manga, Kakashi got his sharingan after Orochimaru left the village.

However, Kakashi got his sharingan in the 3rd great Ninja war. Orochimaru left later. We know that, not just from the anime, but from the manga as well.

He left after Minato was selected, which was after Kakashi got his sharingan.

For all we know, Orochimaru didn't know Kakashi had Sharingan at the time he was leaving. Him and Kakashi clearly weren't buddies or associated with each other, so it wouldn't be surprising if he found out about it way later.

the order of events according to the manga is obito gave kakashi his eye, Minato became kage, then orochimaru left

The scan show's that either Oro didn't remember him having one, he didn't have one the last time they met or he's just trolling him... but i would think being that a sharingan is pretty high up on the list of things he wants to get his hands on he should remember him having it

Those scans dont prove that Kakashi got it after Oro left the village.
He just says ''you didnt used to have it did you'' which could mean something like ''you werent born with it''.
Oro's words could be used as a bit of provocing tool, rather than a real question.

he had it then..that scan is from pre chuunin exam and kman showed his sharingan when zabuza and haku showed up and that was their first enemy so yea he had sharingan in that scan
