The difference between Edo Tensei and summons is that the summons have a time limit, whereas ET doesn't. I don't see any reason why the contract seal would apply.

There is no proof that Hiruzen can use the contract seal. And what have the time limit to do with this ? If u control a creature and someone put on u Contract seal u can't control that creature anymore just like Edo Tensei is working the user is controlling the zombies .

Yea great proof just like the Prime Hiruzen > Almost everyone , bring me a scan where Hiruzen used it or dont even try . It is simple if u control something u lose the control with the Contract Seal on you
