Contract seal can work on edo's.

This is my lilttle theory I came up with, hear me out. Minato's contract seal can release edo's from the control of the caster just like he freed kurama from obito's control. In that case minato > orochimaru and kabuto because some of think they'd win because they've got edos. And also do you think he can somehow use it to free the juubi from madara's control?

Irrelevant. He's dead as a doornail and can't even be brought back under any circumstance because of RDS...doesn't matter what he theoretically can or can't do anymore >_>

madara was never sealed, Minato is sealed meaning he cannot be brought back to life using edo tensei.
