I Focus on my water chakra while performing the Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger' handseals, then with my chakra control I force your chakra into the ground to make the water rise up from underneath...(as I channel my chakra and release it outward, it reacts with water) and surround the target and intensify my chakra to create a larger surrounding while drowns your clones

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

What does this jutsu (in your own words) : The user focuses chakra in their palms and then releases it outwards as a wall of water otr more specifically a vortex that is both an attacker and defender.
What are the advantages? Strong against fire and is good in both attack and defence.
What are the disadvantages? Weak against wind and is not very string in itself. predictable and straight forward
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu? Turning my body into water? going underground? NO A simple earth wall would be good!

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique
What does this jutsu (in your own words): This jutsu creates a large and powerful water dragon that destroys the enemy.
What are the advantages : Very strong attack and strong against fire
What are the disadvantages : Weak against earth and very slow to use. ****ing handseals are so much and it can be easily countered.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu : A good earth technique or water replacement.This justu takes time so is useless
