We'll start of smoove. For this justu preform 2 handseals and fire out a blast of sticky water at the ground around, and at my clone. It will restrict his movements making it hard to move. Explain to me how this could help zone your opponent. And how you would counter this attack if i were to fire it at you.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram β†’ Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Yes Sempai. I start by channeling suiton chakra, building it up. I then perform the Ram β†’ Tiger hand seals and spew out a sticky, watery substance towards you're clone. As the starch comes out I move my, I move my head around in a circular manner spewing the starch all around you're clone. It would make it so that he could only move a few feet before being caught in the substance.

I could use this technique to cut off a portion of the battlefield from my opponent if he didn't want to get stuck. This would make it easier for me to cut the distance between me and an opponent or distract for enough time to use another jutsu possibly injuring him or causing him to get caught in the substance. As for defending against this technique I would simply channel chakra into my feet because I could then walk over the substance as the technique description says. Or this jutsu:

Great job droopy. For the next justu create a clone consist of water. Pretty simple. Describe to my how you'd use this in battle, and one of the major disadvantages to this justu(Look at description)

I step close to the river's edge as I contemplate on how to do this. I channel suiton chakra into a portion of the river slowly moulding it into a being. I start by adding my appearance to the body of water. First my hair, then my attire, followed by filling it with 1/10th of my chakra. I have the clone walk out of the river and stand next to me.

In battle this could be used as a distraction though most ninja will easily be able to take care of the clone. One of the major disadvantages of tis jutsu is that it wastes chakra. The more clones you create the more chakra that is being spread to you're clones.

Good. For the next justu use suiton chakra to manipulate the water source under you. To create a condensed ball of water to rise from it. Use it to hit my clone, then turn around and hit him again in the back of the head. This justu is a great distraction. What would you use this with ?

I start off by channeling my chakra into the river. After a few minutes I focus on a portion of water underneath my feet. Slowly a ball of water rises from the river filled with my suiton chakra. I condense it and start rotating it at a high speed. As soon as its rotation is at full-speed I cause it to lunge at you're clone piercing his chest. As soon as it goes through him I cause it to turn around and aim it at the back of his head. *poof* You're clone disappears.

I guess after using the sticky starch jutsu, if they were stuck in that I could also use this jutsu. As it would create a water source and the opponent could not move unless they know how to counter it. In which case most people do but if they were focused on escaping the starch I could use this and kill them.

I wouldn't say this move would go through them. It isn't that strong. But it is a good justu. For the next justu I want you to stand next to the water source and preform 3 handseals. Cause the existing water to move in front of you and create a spinning vortex around you. Use the water to defend from this kunai. Your opponent uses this against you, what disadvantage his he now at ?

As you throw the kunai I immediately start channeling suiton chakra and perform the Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Bird hand seals and unleash the jutsu. The water in front of me starts moving in a whirlpool manner only it starts rising from the river. It gains a ferocious rotation like that of a hurricane. I then focus my chakra that is inside of it and push it into the exact direction you're kunai is coming at me from. You're kunai hits the water tornado and is flung about ten yards east of us and is imbedded deeply into a nearby tree.

How's that?

For the next justu I'd like you to build up suiton chakra into your hands. Once you've done so clap them together and create a vortex of water out of nowhere. The water at the top of the vortex would explode into a wave, which direction you can guide.

One/three advantages and disadvantages:
  • 1.One advantage to this is that it requires no water source and could help me defend against an attack as well as use it as a way to attack an opponent.
  • 2.A disadvantage would be a fire technique one rank higher or maybe a lightning technique if it the wave was still near and electrocuted me.
  • 3.Another advantage would be the ability to throw this at my opponent and then as the opponent is swept away hit the water with a lightning jutsu and double the damage.
How you would use it in battle: As stated in the advantage/disadvantage part I could defend from certain techniques using this as a supplementary jutsu. Or I could create the vortex and unleash a wave of water at the opponent or to create a water source on the battlefield for stronger jutsus or ones that require a water source. Though I do not know the actual strength of this jutsu.
How you would counter it: Well if I had wind or lightning I would try to blow the vortex back and hit it with a lightning jutsu in chances of it reversing and damaging the opponent who used it. Or use a higher ranked fire jutsu to over power it.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start off by placing my hands in front of my body and channeling suiton chakra. I would then clap my hands and from the echo a motion in the water would occur, creating a vortex from out of nowhere made of water. The vortex would the create a wave that I could ( and most likely) use in an offensive attack/combo.

Good job guy. For the next justu I want you to preform 6 handseals and use your suiton chakra to cause it to rain all throughout the battlefield. The rain will be infused with this rain allowing you to sense anything that breaks one of the rain drops. Or touches it basically. This justu has many uses and not many counters, it is also needed to use rain justu. For obvious reasons.

  • 2.Like you said it doesn't have many counters and can only be stopped by me using the hand seal to do so.
  • 3.I don't really have any other use for this jutsu nor would I even use it that much.
How you would use it in battle: If an enemy had hidden himself or blinded me in battle I would combine this with my inuzuka's enhanced senses as an extra sense. Truthfully I don't plan on using this unless absolutely needed.
How you would counter it: I would use a jutsu that would disperse the rain clouds or cause the rain to evaporate with a fire jutsu.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start by performing the Bird β†’ Rat β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rat β†’ Snake hand seals, while channeling suiton chakra all around me. Then, while my chakra was moulding into a cloud I would transfer into the cloud which would then be infused with the rain that would fall from it. As the rain would fall I would be able to sense and detect the location of chakra or any object or organism that would obstruct the falling rain's path.

I recommend this justu to you. Sensory abilities in a battle go a long way. Once you have your fair share of battles you'll understand. For the next justu I want you to preform 8 handseals and then thrust your arm forward in front of my clone. Don't make contact with the thrust, but cause a prison of water to be formed around him, spreading from your palm. There's a big downside to this technique. Which I'm sure you'll figure out.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare β†’ Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
