• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I begin by molding and focusing chakra at my hand then after doing that i change the nature to lightning and adjust its shape creating a lightning ball at my hand, then i compress all the gathered chakra at the ball and release all the energy at the opponent and when the opponent gets in contact with it, a great explosion occurs destroying the opponent completly.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): A quick jutsu with no hand seals that can only be performed at short range is a good technique to open up a turn or follow up with the opener also since this jutsu shocks and pushes the opponent back, I could send a quick jutsu at them while they are trying to regain composure.
  
• Advantage(s): No hand seal is required just nature and shape manipulation u_u, also it's a very fast jutsu and can also be used as a good finishing move, also it can shock and push the opponent back.
  
• Disadvantage(s): Can only go up to short-range AKA the shittiest range in NV :|, while the ball of lightning is being formed a specialist of water would have send a fast jutsu to electrify and shock the opponent while forming the ball.
  
• How to counter the technique: Sending a wide enough ball of wind at this jutsu should be a good enough counter. A short range jutsu with no hand seals would require a counter of a technique that is also quick, so any fast and strong enough wind technique could work, also using a jutsu to push myself to a mid-range would safe me from possibly taking a hit.

Jutsu 2​

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I begin by performing the required hand seals of Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger, then i begin molding my chakra and after molding enough i change the nature to lightning and then adjust its shape into a 16 giant pillars that form a cub and trap my opponent in it, after doing so i use a fire stream at the pillars, burning my opponent and killing him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): As stated in the technique description, this jutsu could be used in conjunction with mud fall and firing biscuit. Once my opponent is trapped within the pillars, I could send any jutsu to finish them off.
  
• Advantage(s): Can trap mulitple enemies and a summon too, the jutsu leaves a small opening for the user to send jutsus, can be used up to mid-range and it's a great combo jutsu with earth and fire jutsus.
  
• Disadvantage(s): The process of the pillars rising takes some time, pillars are made of earth, an advanced lightning user has the chance to destroy them, requires a few hand seals which if performed at short range could be costly.
  
• How to counter the technique: A very wide scale technique that is capable of destroying the pillars would prevent the user from using it effectively. Possibly using a technique to dig myself into the ground would allow me to escape from the pillars.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I begin by molding lightning chakra and using nature manipulation to change the nature of the chakra into lightning then i condense the gathered chakra and create a chidori in my hand, then i use shape manipulation to create a spear of lightning that reaches the opponent's heart and kills him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I could use this technique to surprise my opponent in battle. Some good combinations might be to place my opponent under a genjutsu, temporarily immobilizing them and then using this jutsu. I could summon a clone and have him send jutsus at
  my opponent then catch him by surprise with this technique.
  
• Advantage(s): The spear created can be wielded easy, also the spear can break and cut multiple earth structures and metals, also it immediately numbs and shocks the opponent in contact and can go up to mid-range.
  
• Disadvantage(s): It's a weaker version of Chidori True Sharp Spear and after used it leaves the opponent vulnerable to most of the water jutsus so if the water body is in contact with the sword, the opponent will be electrified and shocked.
  
• How to counter the technique: Before the technique makes contact, I could send a larger wind technique to battle the lightning spear. A gigantic sphere of wind sent forth at the spear should also prove as a counter, also since the opponent will be focused on wielding the spear, a technique to come from behind him or above him should catch him off guard.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I begin by molding my chakra and focusing it and after gathering the required amount i use nature manipulation to vibrate my chakra and change it to lightning then using shape manipulation i release it in a form of whirling vortex with wind and lightning that spin with each other without touching, then i use shape manipulation once again to create a lightning oriented dragon's head then i shoot at the opponent, shocking him and killing him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I would have used it as a barrier to protect me from other jutsus but also to attack him, maybe immobilizing him with a Genjutsu or any other binding technique then i could have destroyed him U___U.
  
• Advantage(s): Since the wind acts like a base i could have used this jutsu as both, a barrier and a offensive attack, it doesn't require any hand seal and can also reach up to mid-range, also i can use it that the lightning would have moved through the vortex and attack the opponent, shocking him.
  
• Disadvantage(s): It needs a lot of focusing in the jutsu and a lot of chakra to focus since adding 2 elements that one of them is weak to the other is a pretty good feat also if the user decides to attack the opponent with the lightning the barrier would be no more and the back will be open to be kicked in the ground T_T.
  
• How to counter the technique: Since the vortex is made out of lightning and wind i can use a fire jutsu at the opponent since fire passes through the lightning but it engulfs the wind along with the opponent killing him Lol.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: After performing the needed hand seals i channel my chakra at my hands and then i change the chakra to lightning before slaming my dominant left hand at the ground and then release all the gathered chakra into the ground and then i change its shape into a pool of lightning beneath him and then create a giant column of lightning that engulfs my opponent in lightning immediately shocking and killing him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I would have firstly used a paralyzation or a binding jutsu to trap the opponent not letting him move and then use a water jutsu to make him wet and 10x times more vulnerable to this jutsu than usual.
  
• Advantage(s): The user doesn't need to do a long-list of hand seals, if the user has lightnig as a primary affinity then he uses only 1 hand seal and if a secondary then he will need to perform all but they're fast enough that can blind you by the speed if you try to see it Lol, also it reaches at mid-range and can catch a lot of opponent in the pool, and a another feat of this jutsu is that the user can negate most of the earth jutsu that are launched through the ground.
  
• Disadvantage(s): The fact is that when the user is doing the process of slaming the ground etc etc. The opponent has the chance to get behind him and use a fast jutsu to attack him, also the opponent can use either a water or earth pillar to push him up the opponent avoiding it.
  
• How to counter the technique: I personally would have used ground shaking jutsu while he's trying to slam the ground and then after he misses his aim i would have used Stone Spikes to stab him or either the example above to completly avoid the jutsu.

Try to do it in such a way so it'd be hard for my clone to counter it. I'm not very sure about whether you have to perform handseals for this, because it says you perform the raikiri first. I personally don't think so, because of the same reason with chidori and variants, but I'll check it with someone to be sure.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I begin by performing the hand seal of Snake then i channel my chakra at my mouth then i change the nature to chakra and the shape into a spear of lightning that emits from my mouth and pierces through opponent's heart killing him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I would have used a binding jutsu to make him unable to defend, also since only 1 hand seal is required i could have used a fire jutsu to distract him and then being followed by the spear.
  
• Advantage(s): I can hit multiple opponents by splitting the spear into multiple parts, also it's a very fast jutsu making it very hard to avoid and the spear is strong enough to split and pierce a solid big rock in half, also the range is pretty neat and only a hand seal is required and can distract the opponent since it can be launched from the mouth.
  
• Disadvantage(s): If the spear is launched from the hand then he's vulnerable to water jutsus, also since it's a straight forward jutsu it can be evaded from using a super fast jutsu or a wide range wind jutsu.
  
• How to counter the technique: I could have used the same method as Kakashi by using Raikiri to split it in two halves making it unable hit me or also a wind jutsu that covers a wide range to negate the jutsu useless.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: By performing the needed hand seals of Ox → Rabbit → Monkey, i start gathering a large amount of chakra into my hands, i begin to be more focused into the jutsu as i use nature manipulation to change the chakra to lightning and using shape manipulation i condense the chakra and create a edge of chakra into my left dominant hand, after doing that i run at the opponent in high-speeds and pierce through his chest leaving him dead.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Like chidori by completly binding or distracting him this jutsu can't be succesful since he will realize what's i'm trying to do and evade or block it.
  
• Advantage(s): Kakashi bios can perform this jutsu without the need of hand seals, Can kill the opponent in the moment it pierces his chest or any other vital part of the opponent's body, also this is a stronger version of Chidori and a stronger one too, also another fact or advantage of this jutsu is that it needs less hand seals than chidori even though it's a stronger version of it.
  
• Disadvantage(s): Like Chidori the opponent can hear the sound of Raikiri being performed, since it's created in the hand it leaves the user vulnerable to water jutsus, must be close range to the user to attack him.
  
• How to counter the technique: Since i would have heard the sound of Raikiri being created i would have used a evading jutsu or a fast water jutsu at his hand electrifying him.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: Doing the same process as above i create a Raikiri in my hand then i condense it and split it into two halfs creating 2 Raikiris, then constantly feeding it up with chakra i start running at him and then attack him at both his left and right sides of body, Lungs and the heart respectively, making him unable to dodge the both Raikiris he's pierced and killed by them.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): A binding jutsu or a distracting one to keep him in bait before i destroy the heck of him U______U.
  
• Advantage(s): Doing zig zag moves would have distracted him before i attack him with 2 Raikiris, The moment the Raikiris pierce through the opponent he's done for, The speed of jutsu is very fast since no hand seal is needed.

Well i actually saw Lili using it 2 times, once she used it in a war and succeded and once she tried to use it against Darui but he used phasing migration and used it against her Lmao xD

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: After creating the required weather conditions and performing the chidori and maintaining it in my hand, I then with the help of the Chidori in my hand, i control the lightning that's formed above and use shape manipulation to create a lightning dragon that is aimed towards the opponent and in a blink of an eye it goes at him and completly destroys him along with the area around him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): No need for combo just throw the beast at him u__u, no srsly i would have binded him with a Gen or any other binding jutsu before he reacts to the fireballs u__u.
  
• Advantage(s): One of the most deadly jutsus nearly impossible to evade it and kills the opponent in contact, the speed is that fast that in the blink of an eye it goes at the opponent since it's created by natural lightning, if you wanna die just make sure let the opponent use that since it the best one shot jutsu out there, also in NW this jutsu makes the opponent to meta game to much Lol.
  
• Disadvantage(s): Well what do i say lol there are a lot of disadvantages for this jutsu, to be honest i think that this is one of the most restricted jutsus in NV, firstly it required for user to perform a long-range B-rank fire jutsu and aim it at the sky to heat up the clouds to generate lightning, requires to use 2 move slot since you need to post Chidori before using it and you need to wait 1 turn before the sky heats up completly, also it can be performed only once in a battle .__.

Jutsu 1​

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I begin by molding my raw chakra and channeling it into my hands, using nature manipulation i change it to Raiton chakra and then i release the chakra and cover both of my hands with lightning creating a chidori in both hands, after doing that i clap my hands releasing a massive amount of lightning and then using shape manipulation i change the shape into a thunderbolt that is aimed towards the opponent shocking and killing him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Since being airborne affects the opponent then i would use the wind stream to go more in long range to not get hit and also affect him more while being mid-air also i would have used it too get behing him and surprise attack him.
  
• Advantage(s): No hand seal is required making it a very fast and useful jutsu also destructive too, the bolts can pierce even though hard earth structures making it useful to destroy obstacles, it will severe damage the area around him and also instant kill the opponent in contact.
  
• Disadvantage(s): Requires to be mid or long range from the opponent since there is a chance of getting hit by the bolts, requires the opponent to be in mid-air, it could be tought against fast and aggressive opponents, protecting and wide range wind jutsus can counter this jutsu.
  
• How to counter the technique: Well while he's mid-air i would have used a fast jutsu before he can complete the jutsu making it more difficult than usual to counter.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: After performing the needed hand seals of Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger, i begin molding raw chakra into my body then using nature manipulation i change the molded raw chakra into Lightning Release chakra then i release the gathered chakra into a blinding light that allows me to attack the opponent with a kunai in his heart :|.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Well it can be followed with a A-rank Genjutsu to make it less obvious of the technique.
  
• Advantage(s): It can blind the opponent leaving it wide open and also it's a good jutsu if you follow it up with a Genjutsu, expect the hand seal thing it's a pretty fast jutsu and can affect the opponents that are at long-range too, it can blind Sharingan users too.
  
• Disadvantage(s): It needs 4 hand seals to be performed before using this jutsu, to follow it up with a Genjutsu the user needs to master it >.> also it can be used only once in 3 turns, along with the "Dragon Tornado" it's one of the most pitful and useless Raiton jutsus ever :|.
  
• How to counter the technique: Using Hidding like a mole jutsu or Plasma ball to protect myself from the attack that the opponent could try to do would have been useful, also Idk if anyone would perform it to oftem >.>

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I begin by molding a considerable amount of raw chakra into my hands, then using nature manipulation i change it into Lightning and condense it into a massive chidori created at my hand, after doing that i aim my palm towards the opponent sending the blast at him completly and instantly killing him.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Using a binding jutsu would have done the job since the jutsu is pretty fast and then following with a Genjutsu would have been nice to distract him.
  
• Advantage(s): It's a super fast and one shotting jutsu since requires no hand seal and instantly killes the opponent upon contact, also the range is pretty neat being a mid-range jutsu and also after shocking the opponent if not killing them it can push him back away and also numb and constrict him movements.
  
• Disadvantage(s): While the user creates the massive chidori in the hand they would have been vulnerable to Suiton jutsus [i think .___.], also when the jutsu is launched at him the opponent would have been able to defent himself by using simple jutsus like hidding like a mole jutsu or any other jutsu that substitutes the opponent's body since this is a straightforward jutsu.
  
• How to counter the technique: A wide range blunt Wind jutsu would have done the job and also i would have used a Water Jutsu to attack him while he has his mind in the massive chidori.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I firstly create a kage bunshin at my right before molding and condensing lightning chakra and creating a raikiri in my right hand while my clone creates one in the left hand after that we touch each other's hands together to connect both of the jutsus and create a lightning chain and after that we both run towards the opponent that is in the middle of us and slice him in half.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): The easiest way to distract him would be a earth jutsu like the spikes or the c rank earthquake one lol, the opponent would have been thrown off balance and boom.
  
• Advantage(s): It has great slicing powers and also the opponent needs to either stop the user while he's trying to merge the raikiris or while they're running towards themselves with a large wind jutsu.
  
• Disadvantage(s): It needs a shadow clone in the field so to use this i need to spend 2 slots lol also the opponent can easily see me trying to merge the raikiris so he can kill us at the same time since we both need to be concentrated on the lightning merging.
  
• How to counter the technique: While they're merging i can use the wind blade jutsu horizontally to cut both of them and if they are fast enough to merge before i throw the jutsu then just use it vertically and cut the chains in half lol or either use the pressure wind jutsu to counter it.

• Brief description of how you perform the technique: I firstly begin by condensing my raiton chakra and creating a chidori in my hand and rushing towards the opponent, after that i strike my opponent with it and use shape manipulate to an extent that i extend it and make it a lightning spear and after that i hurl him in air sending him airborne after that i simply generate a lightning explosion that blasts and shocks the opponent and makes him fall in the ground again.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Genjutsu or a binding jutsu like in chidori and raikiri since there aint not way he gonna just let me impale him lol i really need to make hell of a strategy to make this succed.
  
• Advantage(s): Creates a deadly explosion that blasts and shocks the opponent at the same time and also it requires no hand seal and heavily damages the opponent when the spear is created, also it can be extended up to mid range.
