The more efficiently you respond like you have already been doing, the quicker I take away the template as I know that you understand what you are doing. ^_^

( Suiton: Haretsu sui Yashi ) - Water Release: Water Bursting Palm

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

After weaving of hand seal, mold your chakra around your right arm and nature manipulate it into water and then thrust your arm towards the opponent, while doing so release that water in form of a projectile bullet, this bullet is capable to deal minor damage and push them several feet backwards.

Does this jutsu pierce le enemy

I start this jutsu by forming the ram handseal. I then start by gathering suiton chakra around my right arm. I follow up by lunging forward with ym right leg and thrusting my right arm, ejecting a water projectile towards a tree. It pierces the tree?

- Pierces the enemy? -

No it does not although its say a bullet but I am of the firm opinion that it is not strong enough to pierce some one, it may leave a small cut or wound but piercing is a bit to much in my opinion.

D-ranked earth pillar is enough to stop it

It won't be fast enough if used in point black range........... so in such situation try and turn intangible if it is already initiated or try and stop him while he is performing the hand seal, remember the short range in up to 5 meter and I am specifically talking about point blank range here.

( Suiton: Seisuiryū ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

It is a technique used by kisame, In this you create water beneath you and travel towards your opponent at great pace, and perform multiple slashes when with in striking range using your sword, although it has 30 damage but you can imagine what will happen if you deliver a sarong slash right on his chest.

I start this jutsu by channeling suiton chakra at my feet. I materialize water with my suiton chakra and manipulate it into a wave of sorts letting me glide on it. I use it to come into close range of my opponent to deliver a stab wound to his chest with my sword.

Well I don't see a problem in this but you are basically changing the purpose of technique by doing so and it may lead to an argument.

( Suiton: Amesuikōha ) - Water Release: Rain Water Shark Wave

Description: Kisame slams his hand on a puddle, creating a few water sharks, which rush towards the target. Should they be attacked, water that composes the sharks simply reforms into smaller sharks, creating raindrop-sized water sharks that are still quite capable of inflicting damage.
Note: Second attack counts as one the moves per turn

A handy technique, now it does require little water source and create shark using it, these shark have the ability to reform once they loose there shape but they are quite small and this also counts as one another move.

Any question What is the durability of the initial sharks?

I slam my hand onto a puddle while panipulating my suiton chakra. I form multiple large sharks that i send rushing at my opponent. my opponent disperses them but i repeat the jutsu, forming smaller versions of the shark reformed fromt he previous ones.

What is the durability of the initial sharks?

They follow normal elemental chart thus D rank earth will be enough or a wind jutsu that can dis-shape them.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Easy one, create a whip using water, the water is nature manipulated in your mouth, this whip can be used to strike the opponent once its in your hand.

2. Okay it a jutsu which is performed in one swift motion so yes it is a bit fast.

Combinations-strategies Well, i would use this to counter a B rank fire technique

That my friend is a big NO-NO for 2 reasons.

1. By combination I basically mean how can you make your attack more tricky by combining it with other jutsu/free from stuffs.

2. Now coming to fire thing..................... I won't go in much detail but instead put up a scenario in front of you so that you can actually correlate with a battle situation.

Now let's say I shoot a big/moderate size fire ball towards you, how will you possibly counter it with a normal whip?

Also all the fire jutsu are more or less projectile base attacks with less to no variation >_> so it will be the case inmost of the situation.

Think about it.

Ways to counter:A lightning jutsu to electrocute them since they are connected w/ water

Well while doing so be really good in describing it as it can even back fire at you.

Yeah I totally understand, I anyway don't give it much importance it is just for the sake that you are able to describe your techniques properly, I mainly concentrate on its working part and try to explain that in detail and don't worry in few more posts I will remove it.

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

Self explanatory, condense the water around you to create multiple projectiles of water, then release them towards the opponent at great speed and precision, the plus point with this tech is that it is fast in terms of initiation as well as attack speed.

Are the projectiles pointy?

I start this jutsu by clearing my mind in order to perform it to perfection. I gather my suiton chakra in the air above me to manipulate water out of thin air. I release them, throwing the projectiles with great force and a fast velocity. The projectiles travel to a tree, stab it then materialize back into regular water.

Surprisingly you don't have anything to say nor ask about the previous technique O_O

Its not all that powerful.

This would be cool to use with wave of inspiration as a combo because they are both very fast attacks and could conduct eachother maybe?

Water always conduct's electricity..

Are the projectiles pointy?

It just says projectile in description so it is mainly upto you as to which type projectile you create.

Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Ram hand seals, a water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.

Okay this needs 3 hand seal to initiate, once done pass your chakra in your palm and nature manipulate it to form a vortex in your palm, once created you can shoot that vortex forward and shape manipulate it into a wall of spiraling water, this can be used for both offense and defense

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

I start this by performing the handseals, Boar → Dog → Ram. I then form a spiraling water body in my hand. I then shoot that spinning vortex forward, using shape manipulation to make it a much larger vortex.

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

You see the no of hand seal , yes you need to perform it all if you don't have water as your specialty[this technique is the one with the highest amount of hand seal], After you are done performing the hand seal you take control over a nearby water source and shape manipulate that water into a dragon, this dragon then charges towards your opponent to hit him with great might.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

A very useful technique in my opinion, It was used by Shizuk in Naruto: the movie, the technique only requires one hand seal which means it can be initiated fast, after performing the hand seal the user will raise one of his hands towards the sky and an orb is formed above it, from this orb several whips emerge which can travel long distance to attack multiple enemies at the same time, as the whips are very sharp them impale on contact, the whips also travel at really fast speed.
