Alright then. For this training, all I want you to do is give a small analysis of each technique, and then perform them. Pretty straight forward.

This technique is pretty cool. You start by channeling your katon chakra into your dominant arm and releasing it with a waving motion ahead of you. It forms a wall of fire that can be used for defense or to supplement your own attacks.

( Katon: Honoo no Heki ) Fire Release: Flame Wall
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user kneads fire chakra into their forearm and then by swinging their arm in a wave motion they release the fire chakra creating a line of fire that spreads out infront of the user acting as a defensive wall

Pree simply technique by using arm gestures the user releases fire creating wall of fire used for defence.

I begin by channeling my Katon chakra into my forearm and begin swinging my arm in a wave like motion. As I do this I release the fire which creates a line in front of me that spread out and forms a defensive wall of fire.

Good job. I'm going to post two techniques this time, but we can bump it up to three if you'd like.

( Katon: Hinotama no Mai ) - Fire Release: Fireball Dance
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will attack the opponent with a series of slashes with their sword and then finish up with jumping into the air above the target and releasing a powerful fireball down upon them.
Note: Requires a Sword

Another pretty simple one. I'm not going to say anything because everything that you need to know if in the description. Let me know if you have any questions.

( Katon: Yūgana Honoo ) - Fire Release: Graceful Flame
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user manipulates their fire chakra and doing the tiger hand seal, shoots an intense fire stream at the opponents feet which then lifts them into the air in the eruption of a column of intense flames. Sasori can replicate this technique through the usage of his fire launcher

This one can be useful, but to gain the full effect, you need a direct hit with the fire stream. It would be best to restrain your target first, but that's just my opinion. Something else that's pretty cool about this one, you can follow it up with whatever you like, while most techniques that throw your opponent into the air have a preset action that you must follow up with (I.e appear over them , shoot projectiles, etc).

A-Ranks are next btw lol

3 is fine with me.

( Katon: Hinotama no Mai ) - Fire Release: Fireball Dance

It's quite a simple technique. Though, from the looks of it I'd be able to actually kill an opponent with this. The series of slashes in itself would cause a considerable amount of damage unless the opposition has a defensive mechanism against free form attacks in my opinion. Then if the slashes connect, it should very well leave an opening for me to jump above them and finish them with the fireball that will burn them to a great level

( Katon: Yūgana Honoo ) - Fire Release: Graceful Flame

Seems like a straight forward attack, but looking at it a second time makes me believe it can be used in an indirect attack. Maybe while the opponent is in the air i could use the stream to shoot below them, where it would erupt into the column and attack them from below, burning them from an unexpected point.

Very good. I talked it over with Vex, and he has granted me permission to give small battle tests after completing each rank. We will do one after A ranks and one after S ranks as well. This will be so that I have proof that you're grasping the techniques, and my superiors will have proof of the effectiveness of my training style. Just a heads up. Anyway, moving on.

(Katon: Shageki Bisuketto) – Fire Release: Firing Biscuit technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Dragon → Boar the user then creates powerful flames inside the giant oven created by Lightning Release: Sixteen pillar bind, cooking the opponent until their burnt. Its normally used together with Earth Release: Mud fall to harden the mud covering the enemy, immobilizing them.
Note: Can only be used in the collaboration of Lightning Release: Sixteen Pillar Bind

This one is pretty self explanatory. Basically, it's an A rank fire stream that can be used in the mentioned combo. It doesn't have to be used that way, but there are better techniques if you aren't using this combo.

(Katon: Zukokku) - Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work
Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant

You fire a small fireball to create a Maelstrom of flames. As long as the fireball hits, the Maelstrom is created, and it's a wide spread attack, making it harder to avoid.

(Katon: Keshi Makuga Hara) - Fire Release: Exploding Flame Crater
Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user first stomps on the ground, using his fire chakra and making an underground tunnel from between themselves and the opponent. They then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire carry rock and other debris with it as it travels, melting them. With a single hand seal, the molten rock debris will erupt from the ground underneath the opponent, engulfing them and burning them alive

Really like this technique. Stomp on the ground to create an opening, then fire a fire stream into it that results in a geyser of flame and molten debris that emerges from under your opponent. It can also be used to avoid large attacks, going into the opening after you create it

(Katon: Shageki Bisuketto) – Fire Release: Firing Biscuit technique

After trapping my opponent with Sixteen Pillar Bind, followed by Earth Release: Mud Fall (at roughly the same time actually) I'll proceed to release an intense flame in a small opening left in the make-shift, super-sized oven. This in turn will cook whatever is trapped inside. I personally believe it's more useful on a group of people or large summons.

(Katon: Zukokku) - Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work

A pretty decent technique that could come unexpected to an opponent due to the nature of how it works. I'd release a small ball of condensed flames at the ground in a specific area, which would explode and expand into a maelstrom of flames once making contact with something (which is usually the ground). I'd personally say this would be best used on an opponent who is airborne and coming down to land, covering the ground with the maelstrom of fire so he/she wouldn't have a safe landing.

(Katon: Keshi Makuga Hara) - Fire Release: Exploding Flame Crater

Pretty cool technique overall. I'd also use this one on an airborne opponent who was on the way to landing, causing the molten rock/flames to attack just as they are going to land. This could come unexpected to them, and being a mixture of earthen material and fire could prove to be a dangerous combination. Only question i have is about what you said about going into the created tunnel. Wouldn't the tunnel be lined and covered in molten rock, making it extremely dangerous to travel through, even for its creator? Doesn't seem like the safest thing to do, so I'd like a bit of elaboration on what would happen with that.

You are correct, initially it would be lined with molten rocks and earth, but this 'lava' if you will, isnt infused with chakra. So it begins losing energy at a progressively faster rate as the heat source gets further and further away. Now, whether or not it would cool fast enough to use in this way is up to each person's opinion. A couple of ways to get arojnd this though is to blow your fire stream deeper into the tunnel, leaving a cool spot in the front, or you could even shoot as you jump in, ensuring the heat stays in front of you. Does that answer your question?

Moving on then lol

(Katon: Hokori Tenka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dust Ignition Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will first ignites a flame of fire across the ground infront of them and then they will enhance that fire with a gust of wind to extend the range of the fire

Create a line of fire across the ground in front of you, the create a generic wind gust to blow across it. This extends the reach of the flames as well as intensifing their heat.

(Katon: Gōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Hellfire Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and breath out from their mouth a large fireball that travels at the opponent. As it reaches the opponent it bursts into a maelstrom of fire engulfing them in flames

This is a fairly generic.. erm, I mean.. straight forward jutsu. Create a large fire ball that has explosive and concussive abilities upon contact.

( Katon: Gōka Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.

Use your chakra to create three rather large pillars of flame between you and your opponent. They have to raise in a straight line, but this technique is really good for defending while attacking, by using one-two pillars to defend and the last to appear under your opponent

(Katon: Hokori Tenka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dust Ignition Technique
Simple i guess. Using katon i create a line of flames on front of me in close range that aren't very dangerous on their own. Once the flames are present, i simply intensify them and turn them into an attack by blowing the fire forward with a gust of wind.

(Katon: Gōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Hellfire Technique
Similar to the technique i learned before, intelligent hard work. This one shoots a bigger ball of flames directly at the target instead of shooting them at the ground. From the looks of the description, once it nears the opponent (without contact) it will explode into a storm of fire that will then consume them and burn them. Amirite?

(Katon: Gōka Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique
A cool technique that I've seen used alot to start off fights mostly. With a simple stomp, i create flame pillars that can be formed directly under a target. I raise exactly three pillars but that have to be spaced out evenly and from what I've read they are each around a 3m diameter so are pretty big altogether. Do they actually have to be in a straight line? I've seen people make triangles and such as long as they were evenly spaced out. But just in case, I'd like to be sure before i ever use it

For the second, you are correct. If left alone, it will explode once it nears your opponent, but if it contacts another surface it will explode prematurely as well. And the third jutsu can be used in that way, but keep in mind that these pillars have individual ranks of something less than B, so if you want to use this defensively, you're probably going to need more than one pillar. So essentially you aren't limited to a straight line, but the line is most practical for most situations where I have used it. Good on that?

Last 3, then we will do a battle test to make sure you are getting it (which I'm sure you are) and to break up the monotony of training. Then we will move on to S-Ranks

(Katon Renkeijutsu: Karura) - Fire Release Co-Operation Technique: Garuda
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Shadow Clone Technique and creating two shadow clones and then by performing the required sequence of hand seals Dog → Rat → Tiger and the user and the two shadow clones release a long flame of intense fire from their mouths which combine to form a flaming dragon.
Note: Requires 2 shadow clones before use.

Really straight forward, make two shadow clones followed by a few handseals to make all three of you spew flames that then form a dragon and attack your target. Not exactly useful anymore due to the rules on shadow clones, but it's an option if you're into fighting that way.

(Katon: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

Like jutsu that you can freely manipulate? This one is good for that, it gives you full control over a number of dragon headed fire balls to the point that you can attack from all sides at once. The only problems are it can be deflected like a solid object, and while using this technique, you cannot use others.

( Katon: Haijingakure no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Hiding in Ash and Dust Technique
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user expels chakra-infused ash that blankets a wide area, burning anyone who comes in contact with it. The technique can also be used as a powerful deterrent from attacks as well as a highly effective smokescreen

Simultaneous attack, defense, and visual cover. Very useful in a number of situations, and the drawbacks are minimal. Great technique overall, in my opinion.

(Katon Renkeijutsu: Karura) - Fire Release Co-Operation Technique: Garuda

This is a technique i can't even use yet but i guess it's ok.... by using two clones I'd have them stream large flames simultaneous to me doing the exact same thing. The flames would all be controlled to combine with one another and form a dragon that attacks a target. In my honest opinion it's a waste of clones, which could all be attacking with entirely different attacks. I don't really see myself using this much, unless it's simply for show.

(Katon: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique

A cool technique that creates numerous dragon heads to attack targets in a projectile manner. From the wording of the technique itself and how Sasuke used it, I'm capable of controlling the heads to a certain degree. They take on a nearly solid state, thus being able to burn on contact and bluntly harm someone when hitting them.

( Katon: Haijingakure no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Hiding in Ash and Dust Technique

I actually like this technique also. Reminds me of an ash variant of that one syrup starch field technique or the Lava technique Mei Terumi uses. I'd spew out a cloud of hot ash that blankets the area like a smoke screen, but clearly holding burning capabilities. It acts as a smoke screen that hinders people's visions due to lack of sight, but if people come into contact with it it would scorch them wherever it was touched.

Sorry about the shadow clone one, didn't realize you hadn't learned it. But now we move on to the battle test. In this, I will make moves designed to test your knowledge of fire techniques. I'm going to be looking for a lot of things, such as which techniques you use, the combos you come up with, how you specifically use the techniques, as well as possible counters if I decide to throw in a fire technique. You are allowed to use any fire technique that you know, EXCLUDING CJ, but the test is designed for the moves that I have taught you. I'll keep it going for 3-5 turns and then we will move on. Ask any questions you may have. We will start mid range from one another and I will be using my Sasuke bio, he has a passive 3T Sharingan but I doubt I'll use it for anything but RP. Oh, and this is suppose to be the fun part of my training, so bring it on!

Sasuke stands before his student and smirks. This had talent, and was one of Sasuke's firsts. Both this assumption and his training were about to be put to the test as Sasuke starts by quickly weaving a few handseals while placing his palms on the ground. With this, he raises an earthen pillar directly behind his student (1m away). This pillar would build an electric charge before firing a bolt toward the center of their body.

Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid (Short for electric bolts)
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will make a set of four hand seals and then will place their hand on the ground to create a pillar of earth to rise up from the ground. This pillar is then given a electrical charge that causes electric bolts to be emitted from the pillar up to short range from the pillar, shocking any targets in the vicinity

As the pillar rises, and begins it's assault, Sasuke quickly performs two handseals and creates a very large sphere of violently rotating wind from his mouth that launches forward and attacks from the front.

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth

So I suppose all of that was completely unnecessary in hindsight. Moving on to S-Ranks.

(Katon: Gōen no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Flame Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user does one handseal and inhales while molding a great amount of chakra into their lungs and expelling a large stream of flames from their mouth. The user has control over the concentration of the technique, being able to produce a narrow jet of flames, highly concentrated or one that will widen along its range. The flames are hot enough to quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a relatively short amount of time.

Basically, this is your generic S-Rank fire technique. Its an S-Rank flame thrower that you control the size of, but be warned that the larger the blast, the slower it travels, meanwhile the smaller the blast, the easier it is to avoid. Adjust according to your needs. One major weakness, its very linear, therefore easy to track, predict, defend, or counter.

(Katon: Gōkakyū Hitoame no Jutsu)Fire Release: Great Fireball Shower
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 70
Damage: 120
Description:
Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user will do the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals as he inhales, exhaling into the sky a multitude of great fireballs (up to 8) at the same time which then rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.
Note: Can only be used by Fire Primary Specialists.
Note: Can only be used twice.

Use three handseals to attack from above with a meteor shower. If I'm not mistaken, Madara used this in the war arc, so reference that if you need a refresher. It's fairly straight forward so I'll just let you do your thing.

(Katon: Bakuryūgeki) - Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact

If you're familiar with the water or earth dragon techniques, this works similarly, except it comes from a scroll so it is independent from the user in actions. Exploding contact is always a nice addition

(Katon: Gōen no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Flame Technique
A technique that produces highly heated flames which can incinerate things on contact and even evaporate water within reason. It can be used as a concentrated stream of intense flames for more detailed attacking, or it can even be wide spread to take out a larger area with raw destruction.

(Katon: Gōkakyū Hitoame no Jutsu)Fire Release: Great Fireball Shower
This is the "strongest" of the flame techniques. We'd do a series of hand seals that allows us to spew up to 8 gigantic fire balls into the sky, which will rain down upon the battlefield causing terror with its amazing damage capacity. Though the enemy can take advantage of the technique being numerous "projectiles" and thus having the strength split between the 8 balls.

(Katon: Bakuryūgeki) - Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike
A jutsu that allows us to take out a scroll and release a dragon made of pure flames that will be shot at the target as a projectile. Once the dragon comes into contact with something it will explode with concussive force that will impact the surroundings.

Good, moving on.

(Katon Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Hitora Bakufu) - Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user summons a tiger made of flames from a scroll, directing it towards the target, and attaching itself onto the target and explode causing massive damage on detonation making it similar to a paper bomb.

Remember that last jutsu we did? This time its a tiger, go nuts lol

(Katon: Fuuton Ken Katon Bakufuu no Jutsu) Fire Release: Wind and Fire Blast Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offense
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user after combining Fire Release: Intense pain and Wind Release: Pressure Damage at the same time. This creates a blast that is so intense that a standard water technique (ex : Water Release: Water Encampment Wall) can only at most soften of the impact. It was successsfully stopped by Yamato and Naruto's Typhoon water vortex.
Note: Can only be used either with a clone or with an ally

This one is a wide spread technique that can beat certain water techs. Must be used with an ally or clone so not exactly the most useful of techniques to be honest.

(Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

One handseal to form the wall of walls when it comes to fire jutsu. This dwarfs everything and makes escape nearly impossible. Nearly being the key word lol

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower

Did I say the last jutsu was inescapable? Let me rephrase myself, this jutsu is inescapable. Your opponent better have decent water training or they will have very few options against this lol

Katon Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Hitora Bakufu) - Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion

Similar to the flames dragon technique, this requires one to pull out a scroll and unravel it to unleash this intense tiger composing of nothing but fire. This one doesn't explode directly on contact though. Instead, it will wrap around a target and detonate itself like a huge paper bomb, destroying them with the flames.

(Katon: Fuuton Ken Katon Bakufuu no Jutsu) Fire Release: Wind and Fire Blast Technique

This requires a clone (which i don't have) or an ally to perform. This combines fire release intense flames and pressure damage create a wide spread fire and wind combination blast that can even work its way past water techniques without major loss of power. Not that useful since it takes up all 3 technique slots in a turn.

(Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation

This is the signature fire technique of Madara Uchiha, was even capable of erasing an entire platoon from an army if they hadn't properly countered. It releases a massive wall of flames that engulfs everything in front of me, burning things to a crisp. Pretty good technique to handle things such as large summons or a group of wood creatures etc.

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction

Pretty similar to the previous technique tbh. Just a massive blast/stream of flames that can extend to amazing ranges and cover large areas. It has to be continously streamed since it is like a flamethrower, but as long as you sustain it, it is a formidable attack.
