Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Disadvantages: smaller so easier to counter,
Combos and possible uses: can be used at mid range, can be used for quick attacks, can still be used with water
How to defend against it: a wind jutsu can deflect it and while making the ball could get wet and electrocute yourself
