So every teacher has a teaching method they prefer. Below is the method which I prefer, with the criteria you should complete for every technique..

Amon perform some hand seals specifically Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake, and gathers up his wind chakra. Using shape Manipulation, he creates a Dense gust of wind.
Immediately, Amon fowards it toward a large tree, which knock down the large tree completely.
"After Amon performs this techique he went further and explained how to defend, counter and the usefulness."
This technique can be countered, by using a Fire technique specifically C-Rank and above.
Usefulness
I think this could be useful, to void the vision of an opponent considering the dust that is created once completed. Also because of the destructive capability, this technique can literally blow away things in the user's line of sight.
Finally, this technique also seems to be interesting mainly because, it's a simple technique which can performed effortlessly.

More details please, I'll let you off the hook this time around.
Alright, for this technique I want you to gather your chakra and mold it into wind release chakra before focusing it into your lungs. You then release the gathered chakra adding nature transformation to transform the wind chakra into actual wind whilst simultaneously adding shape manipulation to shape the wind into a sphere which you release from your mouth. Said sphere isn't really that powerful but is capable of blowing your opponent backwards and cause several cuts(nothing fatal) as well as blow small objects that would be around him/her. Give it a try and blow my clone away from you.

Gather your wind chakra whilst simultaneously performing the ram hand seal. You then release your wind chakra, adding nature transformation and simultaneously shaping the wind into several small tornadoes of wind. Again this technique isn't that much of a threat, however, combining it with a fire technique as the one mentioned in the technique description, could prove rather deadly. I will now toss several shurrikken at you, guard yourself by blowing the shurrikken away with the small tornadoes.

Now as Amon see his clone charging towards him, He immediately gathered his wind chakra into his Lungs. He subsequently used Nature transformation to transform the Wind Chakra into realistic wind and instantly used Shape Manipulation to shape the Wind into a sphere which He swiftly release from his mouth towards his Senpai clone. Upon contact, the sphere completely blows Amon's Senpai clone away.
Again, "Amon explained how to defend, counter and its usefulness."
Countering and defending against this technique would be quite easy, a simple C-Rank Fire technique would void it and some Earth techniques would also stop it.
Usefulness
Even though this technique isn't powerful as most people may think, it's still very useful against Defensive opponents. Also, this technique seemingly can clear and blow away small objects surrounding a particular area. Also, this technique is also interesting considering it doesn't require hand-seals.
Now again, Amon gathered his wind chakra and Simultaneously perform a Ram seal. He then released his wind Chakra in which he used Nature transformation and instantly also used Shape Manipulation. By doing this, Amon shape it into several small tornadoes of wind.
Now Again, Amon then explained how to defend, counter and its usefulness.
This technique can countered again, by also using Fire technique precisely C-Rank which would completely overpowers it.
Usefulness.
When used a conjunction with a Fire technique, this techique becomes very devasting Thus it also becomes useful. It's also very interesting considering it can defend against Kenjutsu attacks like Shurikens and so forth.

Simultaneously add shape manipulation and shape the wind into a vortex of wind that you blast at your target. This technique is effective when used in the combo as stated in the jutsu description. Start by gathering your raw chakra then mold your gathered raw chakra into wind release chakra. After that you release the wind chakra, adding nature transformation and simultaneously adding to shape manipulation to shape the wind into a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize wind attacks launched at you. As opposed to the general properties of wind release with the purpose of being sharp and fast. This technique focuses on neutralizing other wind techniques. However, it is restricted to wind techniques of equal rank or below. Give it a try and neutralize my wind attack.

Once again, Amon gathers his raw chakra and transform it into actual wind chakra. After doing this, he adds Nature transformation and instantly also use Shape Manipulation which he used to shape it into a Vortex of wind that blast at Amon's senpai clone.

Countering against will be quite easy, a simple Wind Style: Wind Cutter jutsu would be more than enough to defend against it.
Usefulness.
Now this technique also could be useful against Taijutsu users simply because it could knock down and disable their balance effectively. Also, it seems to be interesting considering it could be used in conjunction with other elements e.g Fire or Earth.
When used with Fire and Earth simultaneously, it releases a massive inferno which could trap and subdue opponents.
Amon gathers his raw chakra once again, and then transform his raw chakra into wind chakra. By doing this, Amon releases his wind chakra and adds Nature transformation, which transforms his wind chakra into actual wind. Also, he simultaneously uses his Shape Manipulation and re-shape the wind into a slicing wind gust which immediately divide and void his Senpai wind attack.

To counter against this technique, the users need to perform a greater Wind technique which will certainly overpowers it. Fire techique such as (Bakuhatsu Enhogan) will also void this attack easily.
Usefulness
This technique basically could be useful against other wind technique since it neutralizes and divides the wind properties. It also seem interesting considering it's easy to perform and execute mostly at short range.

Amon basically performs some hand seals precisely Tiger → Hare → Dragon while simultaneously gathering his Chakra and molding it into a Wind Nature chakra. He simply releases his wind chakra while adding Nature transformation, and instantly adds Shape Manipulation to form a wind cyclone with sharp petals which he uses against his Senpai's clone.
To counter this technique, a B-rank fire technique is needed specifically, (Katon: Gōenkyū) - Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball
Usefulness.
Water Techique such as this, is basically useful against defensive opponents considering it produces Shape petals that could easily slash targets.
Now, Amon also gathers his raw chakra once again, and mold it into a wind chakra. He then releases his wind chakra, and channels it towards his hand in which he swings it towards his Senpai clone. By this, he uses Nature transformation which transform is wind chakra into an actual wind. Then, he shapes it into a wave of wind and attacks his Senpai clone in a slashing way.
This water technique can be countered by also using Fire technique, such as Katon

This technique seems useful when slashing opponents especially against Taijutsu opponents.
Finally, Amon brings out a sword and gathers his wind Nature chakra. He then channels it through his arm and into his sword immediately. Now, Amon raises his head up and swiftly swings his sword towards his Senpai's clone while smiling gracefully. This transforms into a powerful type of Shape wind which slashes the clone effectively.
When countering this technique would be quite easy. Since channeling chakra into the sword needs precision and timing, a simple distraction or Shuriken might do the trick.
Usefulness.
This technique becomes usefull when fighting Taijutsu opponent considering it slashes targets when release from the sword. Also, it seems to be interesting because it can be use for both Short and Mid-Range.

By opening the storage scroll, I proceed to summon a standard folding fan. This fan is a gift for you. You may make use of it for all the techniques you are to learn.
So for this technique, I want you to gather your chakra and mold it into wind release chakra, you then channel the chakra through your arms/hands and into the fan whilst swinging it in the direction of your target. You then release the wind chakra and create a single spinning disk of wind resembling a demon wind shuriken to attack the target. Try it on my clone.

With this technique you would have to be in short range of your target. So basically what you do is, strike your target into the air with your folding fan and quickly follow up by releasing a wind blast to blow your opponent backwards.
Similar to the technique before this, however, you don't have to be within in short range and instead you just swing your fan and release another blast of wind, slightly stronger than the previous one. Which is capable of sending your opponent flying into the air or further away from you.

Now just as Amon received the Fan, He again gathers his raw chakra and mold it, and transforms it into Wind release chakra using Nature transformation.
He then channels the chakra through his hands into a Fan which is swings towards the direction of his Senpai clone. While doing this, he release his chakra and create a single spinning disk of wind that has the appearance a demon Shiruken which made contact with his Senpai clone.
"This technique can be seemingly countered by using a Jutsu such as Wind cutter jutsu."
Apparently it seems useful considering this technique can take opponent by surprise whilst creating a spinning disk which would slash the opponent.
Again Amon basically attacks his Senpai clone and strike it into the air. He immediately follow-up by releasing a blast of wind which blows the clone backward immensly
Countering against this technique would be quite easy, Fire technique such as (Katon: Kitsunebi) - Fire Release: Fire Whisp would effortlessly stop it.
This technique also seems useful mainly because it can completely blow an opponent backward putting them in a defensive situation, "Thus opening way for an attack."
Having performing the two previous techniques quite well Amon felt relief, He promptly focus on the Last technique. By this, He swings his Fan releasing another blast of wind, which sends his Senpai clone flying further away from him completely.
Wind Technique such as this, can be countered and Nullified using Earth release supposely B-rank and above. which would definitely stop the wind in its tracks.
In terms of usefulness, this technique certainly covers that scenario considering it can be used both in Short-range and Mid-range.

This is also the last of the C-Ranks...

Said vortex is capable of pushing away materials covering your body and can be used to blow away things such as kunai, shurriken etc. Try it out.

This is also the last of the C-Ranks...

Amon gathered his raw chakra, Using Nature transformation he transforms it into actual Wind Chakra, and release a powerful stream of wind at his senpai's clone.
To counter this technique, another Fire stream technique would be needed. (Katon: Hibashiri) would definitely do the trick.
Usefulness.
This technique is quite capable both at Short-Mid range, it can also blast an opponent backward as well as dealing physical damage.
Amon finally felt he was progressing after getting to B-Ranks.
Immediately, he gathered his raw chakra and focuses it towards his sword. Now after performing this, Amon use Nature transformation and transforms it into a vortex of wind, which completely surrounds this body. Then this technique completely blows away his Senpai's kunai
Countering this technique would require a simple method. Since it's Short-range and also a defensive technique, the user simply use Fire technique such as (Katon: Karyūdan) which would push the user up projectly from the attack.
Usefulness.
This technique seems useful mainly because, it's effective against offensive attacks such as Shuriken or Kunai. Also this technique would also blows away Taijutsu opponents.

Now, Amon immediately took a Ninja like stance, and gathered his Raw chakra whilst molding it into Wind chakra. Sooner after this, Amon reaches towards his back pocket and brings out a Kunai. He then infuse this Kunai with his Wind chakra and its properties.
In terms of countering this technique, the users needs wind technique such as Wind cutter jutsu. Which would change the trajectory of the weapons.
Usefulness.
Potentially In terms of usefulness, this technique seems applicable towards weapons considering when wind chakra is infused with weapons such as kunai, their range and cutting power becomes greatly increases.
Now, Amon gathers his raw chakra once gain, and mold it into wind chakra effortlessly. He swiftly releases his Wind chakra, whilst adding Nature transformation which would transform it into actual wind. Furthermore, Amon uses Shape Manipulation, shaping it into a form of wind twister and release it from his mouth.
To counter again this technique, the user simply devise plan specfically a Fire technique such as..
(Katon: Hi no Iki) - Fire Release: Fire Breath

Usefulness.
This technique seems useful, inasmuch it could create sudden twister, which could blow away opponents projectly and also cause physical damages when upon contact.
Finally having perform the two previous technique greatly, Amon had a little smile behind his mask and again gathers his raw chakra and molding it into Wind chakra simultaneously. Amon in accordance to this technique grip his blade and focuses his Wind chakra towards it, he swings it towards the target forming which forms an immense gust wind.
Countering against this technique would require earth techniques such as Doton: Doryūheki. Although it depends on the rank of this technique which means if it's extremely lower, it could get blown away.
Usefulness.
Additionally, this technique seems more useful that the formers mainly because it can stop projectiles weapons or even attack towards the user. It could also blow away opponents with relative ease.

For this technique you require a war fan, if you do not have access to one then simply perform the sequence of hand seals to initiate the technique. So basically what you do is, flap your Giant Fan or perform the seals to create a minor tornado, said tornado would then ensnare the opponent, damaging and cutting them. Give it a try.
This technique works well to counter other wind techniques of equal rank as well as send it back towards the opponent. What you do is, apply the process for molding wind chakra whilst performing the sequence of hand seals. You then amplify your chakra to then release it and split the incoming Wind attack before taking control of the whirling vortex and redirecting it back towards the opponent.

To perform this technique, the user molds their wind chakra and concentrate it towards their swords. You then release the chakra by slashing downwards infront of the opponent to create a large gust of wind which would be quite devastating.
Countering against this technique would requires Doton techniques as well as Katon techniques such as (Katon: Hiendan) Which would stop it quite effectively.
Usefulness.
Also in terms of usefulness, this technique seems valid mainly because it can be used in conjunction with swords, which would create a large gust of wind. Additionally, this gust of wind would seemingly blow away the opponent, and clear the area easily.
This technique requires a War fan, Alternatively if the user doesn't have access to one, they simply perform several hand seals to complete the technique. So in reference to the War fan, the user simply flaps their giant fan, creating a Minor tornado which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent.
As always countering against this technique would requires Katon jutsu such as (Bakuhatsu Enhogan) – Exploding Flame Shots
Usefulness.
This jutsu seems useful considering it can blow away opponents with less effort. In the anime, Temari was shown to perform this jutsu against Madara.
Lastly, this technique is use mainly in countering other B-Rank wind technique as well as sending it back towards the opponent. The user basically performs a series of hand seals whilst simultaneously molding their chakra. Afterward, the user amplify their chakra and release it which would then split the incoming wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown, in order to redirect it towards the opponent.
Countering against this technique is quite easy. the user simply use an A-Rank wind technique or higher.
Usefulness.
This jutsu seems the best in terms of usefulness mainly because, "it can counter any other Wind technique from B-Rank and below."
