But any way;

* In contrast Lightning release is a technique which allows a user to generate lightning by frequently vibrating the frequency of their chakra allow for quicker movement and devasting damage.

* The electricity also paralyses the target which will unable them to move and leave them open for a finishing strike.

* This technique is common among Kumogakura Ninja users, when the technique is released from their bodies it does not move as fast as main lightning simply because of the user control ability over it.
