[Question] Contest prizes.

I was wondering why does Album of the week winners get their awards(medal and cyan name) soo quickly :/ like as soon the the winner is announced in a thread. But the FUB one is sooo slow I takes weeks sometimes months for them to get their award??

Not every contest host can issue medals to the winners, especially when the host in question isn't a staff member.
Some contest hosts can decide winners and quickly issue medals, whereas others must get someone else to issue them.

Cyan can only be given via an admin's power, so it all comes down to who can do what, and who is busy.​

As it has been mentioned in the latest announcement, some changes is about to happen within the cyan reward system. And we will make it easier,faster, and more automatic as we have already started to do. However it will take a while before it's all done.
