The eye Deidara has is actually Obitos. Itachi is actually evil. Itachi tried to tell his father that the coupe would not work because they were not strong enough yet, his father would not listen, so he killed them all to help make his brother more powerful later on, and prevent the leaf from knowing about the uchiha hatred. Itachi was going to team with sasuke, but he was sick and dieing, so he let sasuke kill him, and take his eyes, so maybe him alone can kill the leaf. The "Power" itachi gave to Naruto will actually cause naruto to get caught in a genjutsu while fighting sasuke. Shisui is know as the teleporter, so tobi's abilities make sense with that name. When Naruto fights sasuke, sasuke finds out the truth about his brother and tobi, and before he dies, he has his eyes implanted into Naruto, who uses the power of senju and Uchiha and Nine-Tails to become the sage of six paths. First welcome. Itachi is not stupid he could've just captured naruto instead of giving him what would kill him.
Also, itachi was been noted to be thinking back were the anbu said he should kill his clan or they would, he was also shedding tears after the massacre as shown when sasuke was thinking bout itachi after the fight. tobi was actually waiting for itachi to die so he would attack the leaf, this is shown when tobi meets zetsu who then says 'at last the eyesore is gone. Finally itachi did not trust tobi.

Shisui's fame was with the body flicker technique, along side his ridiculous genjutsu, not teleportation like madara does.

It was confirmed by Ao that the sharingan Danzo had was Shisuis. If Tobi was Shisui how would Danzo have stolen his eye?
It couldn't be from Obito because Obito didn't have the power to manipulate the other's mind (proof is that Kakashi can't do it) and Shisui had that power.
So, has we seen Danzo manipulating Mifune mind, and later Ao telling that Danzo was manipulating him with Shisui's eyes, your theory looses his point, because Shisui is dead.
