Consistent drawing mistakes?

As we know naruto in bm has slits as eyes. Right?
There's been a few times where naruto was in bm but his eyes were normal/his own.

Drawing mistake?

Because it was powering down to KCM or base. BM Naruto's eyes are always like that.
