Can its intensity be controlled? I know little has been explained about its usage but if it could be controlled or varied in its intensity would even a strong willed person succumb to its effect if the user is too powerful? Or is it just a weapon that could be used against weak willed people? If it can only be used against those who are weak why is there such a hype about it except for the fact that it is extremely rare? What would happen if someone used extremely powerful King's Haki against an admiral level foe? would it effect him?

I think that if an extremely powerful CoC user would be able to make even an admiral fall unconscious, but the will such character has to be extremely powerful to the point where it dwarfs the will of an Admiral.

One thing, CoC would never be strong enough to knock out people around DD's level and above...

It'd definitely create a hesitation in the opponent's mindset which costs heavily in a top-tier battles...

I think it will be like (bare with me) the force in Star Wars .. Cuz luffy and doffy clashed with conquers haki and broke stuff around them didn't it ?
And u prob can mix it with ardament

It's one of those things that need more explanation..

I think it might end up being useful against top tier opponents as well.. but in a different way than how it effects fodder.

In theory yes, this should be true. However I don't think that we'll ever see an admiral fall unconscious due to CoC.

At most it'll probably leave them disoriented like the main thug that Ace first used CoC on when he saved luffy.. Just to a greater effect and probably bring them to their knees.
