[Discussion] Confusions in bleach !!!!!!!

man am totally messed up with there age factor...

first i thought that those who live in soul society donno aged up
but urahara and yuruichi living in this world about more than 100 yrs

then i thought that soul reapers donno aged up but ichigo and ishin
are aging also after getting those power back.

and even if quincies donot age up but uryu.....

In my opinion: Enjoy Bleach, don't think too much about it. It's more like an action flick to me, a good one, but things don't get explained very well...
