confusion

I finished the manga and I have some questions:
1. Why is Killer Bee not dead? Madara extracted the Bijuu, so he should have died but I saw him when Madara activated IT..
2. What happened to Yamato I saw him in that spiral zetsu thing but I never saw him again lol.
3. So black zetsu is Kaguyas son and set this all up?? :s

I'd appreciate if someone could answer these (stupid) questions sometimes I just dont get it

Bee is alive because of the Hachibi's tentacle that he cut before the extraction.

Yamato is in IT, like everyone else.

BZ is a creation, not her actual son.

3. Apparently he's the son that was created shortly before Kaguya was sealed.

1. he used the same trick he did against sasuke..cut off his tentacle and made a substitution jutsu.. he is stuck to his tentacle now i think and is trapped within tsukuyomi...

2. yamato got released from spiral zetsu and was caught by the god tree which made him into another zetzu cocoon hanging.
