So in Orochimaru's fight against Hiruzen he ended up having his arms sealed, with him not able to move them, perform justu and they had a purple hue. But in the fight against 4 tails Naruto none of those characteristics were present, as he was clearly shown to be able to move his arms, had no purple hue and could even perform a Triple Rashoumon. But in chapter 593, it is stated by Suigetsu that "Even if he gets revived for a brief time, he will probably not be able to use his arms!" And in the same chapter, on the topic of Orochimaru considering taking Sasuke's body: "But I don't have the strength to do it." What do you guys think of this? Do you have any answers? Tell me your thoughts, negative or positive!

It was due to him being in another body. Hence why he constantly switches.

He was only able to use the summoning because of the deal on his arm. You noticed he didn't use any hand signs.

During the thing with Naruto, he was in a new body. He wasn't in that body when he was unsealed from Anko, so he didn't have his arms anymore. At least, I think.

I get it. It was a summon and not actual use of fingers and/or seals. Other than that it's because the Ramen Guy said so.

Rashoumon is a summoning all he needed to do to activate them was to clasp his palms to the ground.
Same with manda in which the contract for partnership was already in place.

He summoned Triple Rashoumon , he makes snakes come out of his mouth and body. nice thread though
