Why can Madara absorb all tailed beasts so quickly?
I'll grant him that he can do it without first beating them nearly to death, but didn't it take all of Akatsuki to seal them into the huge Gedo Statue over the course of 3 days?
Why can he use Susano without any eyes?

The Gedo Mazo is used by a person who is hyped to be The second Sage of 6 Paths. A much greater level to Akatsuki. He has possession of Uchiha, Senju and full power Rinnegan. It is no surprise he is capable.

Susanoo is merely a Chakra manifestation of Yin. Eyes are required to awaken it via Tsukuyomi and Amatersu, but later, it can be used freely without eyes as seen with Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Madara.

Because Madara, unlike everyone else seems to know a lot more Rinnegan techs than others.
Beating them half to death was necessary to in order to bring the Jins in, now they are dead and since the beasts were out he just kinda pulled them back with that Rinnegan tech. I still have no idea how he got Kurama that easily.
As to why he can use Susanoo, cause Madara. Dunno, was never really explained but apparently you do not need eyes for Uchiha techniques.

This. I think you only need to awaken both eyes to unlock the special chakra in the brain, which is the Susanoo, the manifestation of spiritual energy. Uchihas are associated with strong spiritual powers.

And Madara sealing the Sealing and extracting bijuus so easily should have been expected of Madara's caliber and the hype he was given, otherwise you've been sleeping on the manga.

First off Madara has the Rinnegan and Senju DNA, which is a combination that can make many things possible.

Secondly I believe that Madara can access his eyes via Proxy, the same way Obito looked through Kakashi's eyes when he acquired his MS. Which is why he can use Susan'o, because technically he still has his eyes, they just are directly connected to him.
