Yea he broke through it which isn't that hard of a feat when its only just an arm and a rib cage, as i remember the raikage did it and he isn't that powerful anymore. If it was complete obito wouldn't have stood a chance.

Well, i'm not sure it's such a big feat if Juubito broke through Ribcage Susanoo...it's the lowest and weakest form of Susanoo after all.
