Confusing Timeline

In the Gokage meeting we see Sasuke calling Naruto as the Hokage and Sakura looks pregnant.

But we know that Naruto became the Hokage Bolt and Himawari were born.

Can anybody explain?

If sakura is pregnant then yes the timeline is confusing but it could be kishi messed up on that panel because everytime they say sakura looks pregnant they only use one panel in all the other she looks skinny

but her figure was in the panel everyone is using they say she had her hand on her belly but to me it looked more like a clinched fist. Like how could that be possible
