Okay so I just thought about this and I got confused so origin of chakra is the shinju before kaguya ate the fruit no one had chakra it clearly says that and that old man sage and hamura were the first humans to be born with chakra
But it says if you run out of chakra you will die
But if people didn't have chakra how were they alive ...
Like whaaaaaat
People didn't have chakra until old man sage spread it around for ninshu for people to connect
Now all of sudden they have chakra they can't live without it come on now

Chakra evolved humans, and then they started to depend on it for survival. It's not very complex at all..

Like how sea creatures who used to depend on water evolved and were able to breathe oxygen.. similar to this.​

I thought it was more that kaguya was the first to be able to use chakra in this way, before this all humans had minimal chakra to keep them alive and they did not know how to control it or harness it or that it even existed.

No because if you pay attention hagoromo and hamura were the first ever to be born with chakra
Kaguya got angry at this and wanted to claim what was her being corrupt by it
No one had chakra

Because people started to use their life energy for power and creating jutsu... Thus end up dying of over usage

Just because lee can't use ninjutsu or genjutsu doesn't mean he doesn't have chakra.
Lee most definitely has chakra probably a somewhat more then average
