It was said that Juubi Jin don't die after BIJUU extraction, not with the ten tail's husk. Since the Gedo Mazou is sealed on another dimension along with Kaguya, there's nothing to keep Madara alive because he didn't possess Gedo Mazou no longer

It's quite logical, really. Obito has the Gedou Mazou inside him for a fair while as only the Bijuu were extracted, it was later summoned out.

Madara had more Bijuu than Obito (Full Hachibi+Half Kyuubi) and all of those + Gedou Mazou + Kaguya Ripped out and sealed instantly. His body was taken over too, and he lost all of that chakra that was absorbed when he almost exploded.

Then he should have said that then making us assume those are the rules hagoromo just said he died cause he was a jin none of this makes sense
