confused

I was under the impression that I understood Sasuke's power, but the chapter today confused me.

I thought he could swap himself, other people and things.
Himself with some other spot around him.
Someone else with some other spot.
Two people/things with each other?
And that there is a limit to the distance.

However today he talks about dimensions.
That word has me confused.

He doesnt mean literally dimensions right?
Obito and Kaguya can swap dimensions.
Sasuke can swap places. People(including himself) and things from one spot to another (but in the same dimension),
with a limit to the distance.

The only reason he went from one dimension to the other is because Obito made an opening to the dimension where Sasuke was.

Can someone clear this up for me?
What did Sasuke mean with dimensions?
Am I correct about his power?

FTG :| I assume markers, himself and that being swap. However, there is a certain distance at which he can swap dimensions. It also has to be in the same dimension; reason why he cannot escape Kaguya's dimension. Obito opening up the barrier between dimensions was his loop-hole.

I only say FTG because of:

Yeah I hadnt found this weeks *********** yet, but now I have.
I often read *********** too. It varies imo. Sometimes one is better than the other.
In the past I usually found *********** more accurate. Nowadays it seems to vary.
They didnt use the word dimension in ***********'s translation this week.
That one was more clear overal.
