I'm confused about whether you can make an Uchiha Madara bio or not because I was checking and on here it says that Madara is on hold.

Then on this thread it says that in order to create a Madara Uchiha biography you must be a member of the forum for at least 4 months and pass a test given to you by Nexus.

Yeah, but it says you can make a Madara bio as long as you pass the test given to you by Nexus and have been a member for 4 months... this is really abnormal o.0

It is probably on hold because those in charge of the RP have yet to decide whether or not he is far to OP.
