when u guys say fillers or side stroys is this manga or anime ? and where do i go to see these

Fillers refer to episodes in the anime that were not included in the manga at all, and are considered non-canon.
I'm not sure where you'd find them, though.

Fillers are anime episodes that are not originally part of the manga story =)
An anime episode usually contains 2 manga chapters, so sooner or later the anime would pass the manga story.
So they put fillers here and there, to let the original (manga) story progress.

And to entertain us all while waiting for the next chapter
